With 40 years at CIPET (1978–2018), he pioneered India’s first NABL-accredited Plastics Testing Centres and specializes in testing, quality control, and lab setups. He provides technical solutions for plastics and rubber industries across India and globally, including Thailand, Nepal, and Germany.

He also holds a Guinness World Record for creating the world’s largest T-shirt from recycled plastic waste.

Yashodhan V. Kanade, with 52 years in PVC compounding, processing, and testing, holds B.Sc. Tech, M.Tech, and is a Fellow of IPI. He spent 12 years in Nigeria as Group GM at Poly Products Plc and 11 years in Indian PVC industries. Since 1994, he has led Industrial Engineering & Services, offering consultancy, training, inspections, and publishing 20+ papers and 300+ articles.
