Vice President of Atul Group, Agra, and Founder of POLYCONNECT, is a Mechanical Engineer with 14+ years in the Polymer industry. Passionate about uniting experts and businesses, he created POLYCONNECT to strengthen collaboration in Polymer processes and innovation.

About Me

Sanjay Saxena

Founder & Director

With 40 years at CIPET (1978–2018), he pioneered India’s first NABL-accredited Plastics Testing Centres and specializes in testing, quality control, and lab setups. He provides technical solutions for plastics and rubber industries across India and globally, including Thailand, Nepal, and Germany.

About Me

Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed

Founder & Director

A Mechanical Engineer, he began his career in 1999 in pipe production and has specialized in Roto molding for nearly two decades in Saudi Arabia. He excels in R&D, process optimization, machinery installation, and cost strategies. Committed to innovation, he aims to advance a polymer industry.

Technical Advisory

Sameer Joshi, a Polymer Engineer with a PhD in Waste Management, has 30+ years of experience in plastic recycling and circular economy. He mentors young entrepreneurs and has received global recognition. He also holds a Guinness World Record for the largest T-shirt made from plastic waste.

Blaise Costabir

Technical Advisory

Blaise Costabir, an MBA from AIM Manila, has 30 years in rotational moulding. Founder of SHAKTI in 1995, he leads GMI Zarhak Pvt Ltd, a top Indian custom moulder. He developed an ERP for rotomoulding and has won multiple awards for entrepreneurship and management.

Avichal Khubele

Technical Advisory

With 20+ years in rotomoulding, he supplies LLDPE powder and manufactures tanks, partnering with Sintex. He works with UP Jal Nigam on innovation and cost-effective solutions. As chairman of various committees, he has contributed to industry standards and served on UP’s SLCS

Gagan Saxena

Technical Advisory

Gagan Saxena, with extensive experience in plastics and technical services, has held key roles at Poddar Pigments, Alok Industries, and Clariant Chemicals. From QC Engineer to Manager - TM & AD for IMEA, he has contributed to R&D, sales, and technical service.

Dr. Harindu Vyas

Technical Advisory

With 20+ years in polymers, he has held key roles at the Indian Plastics Institute and led research at CNM Nano Technologies. His expertise spans biodegradable polymers, recycling, and advanced polymer synthesis. A Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry, he has contributed to academia and industry innovations.
